    Bobby Lee was my plumbing technician and he was not just pleasant and knowledgeable but truly kind in how he presented my different options. Bobby will always be my go to Plumbing guy and Mike will always be my go to AC guy. If anyone needs this service they would be crazy to call any other company. ServiceOne Rocks!!!!

    I have been using Service One AC for years as I have multiple properties & I've always had a good experience with them. Recently my AC system at my home broke, and their AC repair guy (Paul) inspected it & told me that it was unfortunately not something that could be fixed. Therefore, their sales rep Otto Boy came out & gave me all the different AC system options, explained the rebates, discounts, etc. He answered all my questions & I felt so comfortable with him (& the company) that I didn't even bother to get a 2nd quote, which is not like me. They also gave me a loaner portable AC unit to use until my new Trane AC system came in. The installers Jimmy & Jonathan did a fantastic job...answered all my questions & left everything neat & clean. Diana & Judy in the office were always very professional & they even completed & submitted my new Trane AC system warranty for me! I would absolutely suggest them to anyone that is either looking for AC repair work, an annual tune-up, or an entire new AC system, as I have used them for all of these things & have nothing but positive things to say about my experiences with them over the years!

    The on-call technician, Dennis, arrived promptly on a Sunday afternoon. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and did not seem rushed or annoyed despite the weekend call. I reviewed with him what I had done to that point, and then he quickly confirmed my suspicion of a faulty breaker to the condenser unit disconnect. He also went ahead and checked the refrigerant levels in both outdoor units, and they were normal. No need for recharge. I was very pleased. I'll use ServiceOne again both at home and at my office building. Thanks guys :)

    We had a new A/C System installed by Service One Air Conditioning.

    The installation was great, the techs did a wonderful job. Our experience from start to finish was exceptional. Otto, our sales person explained the entire installation process. He was very professional, knowledgeable and was on the job site the day of the installation to make sure we were pleased with our new A/C System.

    We have also used Service One Plumbing to install a new tankless water heater and the also did a wonderful job.

    You can just tell that they know what they are doing. The installation of a complete AC heat pump system and replacement of all ducts was done perfectly. Very happy with them. I even called very recently to get some other work done and they found a quick fix and did not charge me anything. Why take a risk with someone that may be cheaper, but do bad installations or create problems later. Try them and you will be happy with the work. Highly recommended.”

    I cannot say enough good things about the service I received from their technician George. He was friendly, professional, and most importantly very well-versed in his profession. I had been without AC for 6 days, while dealing with another company, and George came to our rescue. It was a miserable 6 days without AC, as you can imagine here in Orlando at the end of July beginning of August. What took the technician from another company many hours and several days to try to evaluate the problem.
