Thrilled with Prompt Service
I discovered a bad leak in my backflow device on Thursday night, and when I called my regular plumber on Friday morning, they couldn't come out until Tuesday. My son uses Service One for AC and plumbing, so I called them. I was thrilled when they said they would send a plumber out that afternoon. My backflow device was 30 years old and Tom tried but was not able to repair it. He ordered a new one and installed it the following Monday. I'm very happy with the company and service and will use them again.
